Payment:
Full payment is required upfront via Ko-Fi (Stripe or PayPal).
A transaction tax fee applies to all slots.Turnaround Time:
Sketch completion within 1 week, depending on my current workload.
Final artwork delivered within 6 weeks maximum, depending on complexity and my waitlist. Please be considerate! I am a student and might not find time right away.Usage Rights:
All artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
Commercial use requires prior permission and an additional fee.Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once the detailed sketch is completed and agreed on.
You may request minor revisions (up to 3) during the sketch phase only.

Prices

Basic Sketch → 25 € minimum

A clean, detailed black&white sketch, suitable for quick concepts or character designs.
Optional shading available for +5 € (example in the middle is without shading)What’s included:
• 1–2 characters
• Simple background (optional)
• 1–2 minor revisions during sketch phase

Detailed digital illustration → 35 € minimum

A vibrant, fully colored artwork ideal for character portraits, dynamic scenes.What’s included:
• 1–2 characters
• Clean linework and full color
• Simple background
• Up to 3 revisions during sketch phase

Full scene → 45 € minimum

A highly detailed digital painting with full rendering and background, ideal for storytelling or dramatic illustrations.What’s included:
• 1–2 characters
• Fully rendered background
• Full color and character rendering
• Up to 3 revisions during sketch phase

Additional costs

Extra characters beyond the included amount: +15 € each (starting from the 3rd character).
Other possible fees (e.g. commercial use) will be discussed personally based on the request.

Please provide the following details when placing an order:• Character appearance details (appearance, outfit, pose, expression and any special requests)
• Background details and type (color, gradient, location, etc)
• Reference images, moodboards or anything related (if available)

Once I receive your request, I will contact you if you haven't reached out yet, and confirm its status. After that I will send in a rough sketch for approval.
You may request up to 3 minor revisions at this stage.The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution file (PNG/JPEG/PDF).
